Our pasta is made fresh daily with 100% durum semolina, fresh eggs, and water. That's it. Our flavors are made the same way, using only the freshest ingredients. No additives. No Preservatives.
At Padua Pasta Makers our past is made using traditional artisanal methods. We extrude all of our cuts from bronze dies, an artisanal standard. Most boxed pastas are made using steel forms giving them that smooth and rubbery texture making it difficult to hold sauce. Our pasta is allowed to dry slowly and a low temperature, naturally. Resulting in a quicker cook time and a sauce griping texture.

We sell our pasta by the pound so whether you want to serve 1 or 100 people we can accommodate we would like to share our family traditions and healthy comfort food.
